Sales Counselor
Robin Run Village , Indianapolis , IN

Ideal candidate skills and experience :
 * A Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience in an Entry Fee Community; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Minimum of 1-2 years related experience in an Entry Fee Community; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Must have the ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible and a desire to work with the aging population
* Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
* MUST have strong telephone skills

 Sales Counselor:
Primary responsibility is to sell Entry Fee contracts on the apartments. Other responsibilities include inside (telephone) sales, schedule and conduct visits, work closely with senior prospects and their influencers, participate in sales and marketing events and assist with coordination and successful implementation of move-ins. Incumbent must convey a positive image of the property to the community, the residents, and to prospective residents. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
