Immediate Opening: Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Part Time, On Call Support Position

Responsibilities include:

  • Will be responsible for light plumbing, electrical and general upkeep of the grounds.
  • Repsonds to maintenance requests
  • Repairs and maintains vacated rooms, paintings, cleaning carpets, walls, doors, wood work, plumbing, and electrical
  • On-Call Duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
2. Must possess or be able to acquire all necessary licensing or certifications as is deemed necessary by the Executive Director.
3. Hands on knowledge of maintenance for: H.V.A.C., elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment desired.
4. Responds to maintenance requests. Repairs and maintains vacated rooms, painting, maintains and cleaning carpets, walls, doors, wood work, plumbing, electrical
