Job Summary
The Personalized Living Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and/or billing of Personalized Living services.

Essential Functions

1. Coordinates and schedules services for residents who request or are in need of Personalized Living.
2. Ensures that community and corporate policies are disseminated and followed by all Personalized Living associates.
3. Provides Personalized Living services as needed and within professional and state guidelines.
4. Coordinates alternative resources for associates and families.
5. Assists the Director or designee in the recruiting, hiring, orientation and training of new associates.
6. Ensures adequate staffing coverage for the provision of services on a day-to-day basis.
7. Markets Personalized Living program to any appropriate audience.
8. Reports all accidents and/or incidents to the Director or designee immediately. Ensures that all required reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
9. Completes administrative reports as necessary and submits to Personalized Living Coordinator.
10. Ensures complete and correct billing information is provided to the Director.

* Supervisory experience required
* Experience with seniors a plus
* Excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing), organizational and time management skills required.
* Must be a people person; sales experience helpful
* Working knowledge of computer and MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Outlook
* Exceptional ability to prioritize and multi-task in an extremely dynamic environment.
* Effective problem-solving skills and strong desire make a difference.
