Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plumbing, electrical and general upkeep of the grounds.
  • Resident room repairs, detailing units to be move in ready.
  • Painting, dry walling, tiling as needed.

We seek the following qualifications:

  • HVAC certified preferred and must have extensive knowledge in HVAC troubleshooting and repair
  • Must be self motivated and work well as a member of a team
  • Requires weekend shifts and being on an on-call rotation.
