CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS- Must have 1 yr of recent patient experience. Must be Certfied thru the State of Michigan. The shift may be variable and there is travel required in Grand Rapids and surrounding communities. Heartland Hospice is searching for qualified CENA’s who enjoy providing excellent care. 100% travel necessary on a daily basis. Minimum one year experience doing client care and must be State Tested/Certified Nursing Aide.

High School Diploma or GED. Complete approved training program and eligible to take state test or has passed state certification. Currently certified and in good standing with the Board in the state of practice.
