The selected Resident Assistant will provide direct care to residents following an individual service plan, treat each resident with respect and dignity, recognize individual needs and encourage independence. Ideal candidates will be goal focused, customer service oriented and will enjoy making a commitment to meeting the needs of our older adults. .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Passing medications and providing care
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities, light housekeeping and helping with meal service according to the individual service plan.
  • Participating in the activity program.
  • You will serve meals to residents in the dining room or the apartment.
  • Recording and reporting changes in resident's eating habits to supervisor.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We seek the following qualifications:

  • Strong leaders and experience will be required
  • Willingness to be trained
  • One (1) year experience preferred
