We seek the following qualifications:

* Broad based plant management/handy person work experience crucial.
*This includes familiarity with minor interior and exterior building repairs, painting, plumbing, and electrical.
*No formal trade - related accreditations required.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
* Must possess basic mathematic stills.
*Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
* Valid State driver's license
