Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plumbing, electrical and general upkeep of the grounds.
  • Resident room repairs, detailing units to be move in ready.
  • Painting, dry walling, tiling as needed.

We seek the following qualifications:

  • Must be able to work Sunday through Thuirsday with rotating "on call"responsibilities.
  • Experience with maintaining the entire building, painting, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance experience.
  • HVAC experience preferred.
  • Need to be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work independently, pass a drug test and background check, and have appropriate documentation; able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
