SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Ideal candidate...
* Should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing & outside sales, preferably from the healthcare or real estate industries. 
* Must have the ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible, strong attention to detail and a desire to work with the aging population.
* Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems is required.
* Experience with public speaking a plus.
* Enjoy and excel doing inside and outside sales.

SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
will develop relationships with qualified referral sources, establishing public relations events to promote goodwill in the community, conducting tours with potential residents and their families, and closing sales.
