Responsibilities include:

* Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.
* You will serve meals to residents in the dining room or the apartment.
* Recording and reporting changes in resident's eating habits to supervisor.
* Medication distribution, medication reordering and documentation.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We seek the following qualifications:

* Qualified candidates will possess a High School Diploma or (GED).
* 3-6 months related experience and/or training;or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* State required certificate or training.
