Job Description: 



The Regional Operations Manager will assist the Regional Operations Director by providing management oversight to agencies in a designated sub-section of the Region.

The ROM will perform duties in accordance of and under the direction/supervision of the Regional Operations Director.


General Responsibilities:

Supervision of Agency Administrator in the areas of clinical, financial and regulatory direction. Expands territory as approved by corporate office.




Education:

Bachelor's or Masters degree with a clinical focus preferred



Experience:

At least (2) five year management experiences, three of which are in Home Care multi-site management preferred. Extensive knowledge and understanding of Federal and State laws and guidelines governing Home Health, Hospice, Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance payor sources.



Licenses/Certificates:

If licensed he/she must be licensed in the state of practice. Current driver's license and current automobile insurance required.



Skills/Abilities:

Excellent proactive leadership skills, strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
