The selected Certified Nursing Assistant will provide direct care to residents following an individual service plan, treat each resident with respect and dignity, recognize individual needs, and encourage independence. The ideal candidates will be goal focused; customer service oriented, and will enjoy making a commitment to meeting the needs of our older adults.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.
  • You will serve meals to residents in the dining room or the apartment.
  • Recording and reporting changes in resident's eating habits to supervisor.
  • Treat each resident with respect and dignity, recoginize individual needs and encourage independence.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We seek the following qualifications:

  • Certification of completing an approved Certified Nursing Assistant is required.

  • Six months experience in long term care is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong team building and mentoring skills
