SEEKING SALES COUNSELOR WITH EXCELLENT CLOSING SKILLS!!

Ideal Candidate

* Should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing & inside sales from the healthcare or senior living industries
* Must have the ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible and a desire to work with the aging population
* Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
* Experience with public speaking is a plus
* Must be comfortable with extensive telephone sales, database management and walking for sales tours

SALES COUNSELOR

Your primary responsibility will be to communicate sales and contractual information and close contract sales to increase occupancy in our beautiful senior living community. Routinely review database to identify and follow-up on leads from all sources. Maintain positive and understanding relationships with all prospective residents and their family. Assist in identifying innovative events and methods to increase visitation of targeted groups. Obtain and maintain knowledge of competitors. Conduct personal tours for prospective residents and family.
