SALES COUNSELOR WITH EXCELLENT CLOSING SKILLS!!

Ideal Candidate....

* Highly proficient with computers and software programs to include MS Office Suite required
* Ability to work some evenings and weekends required.
* Strong attention to detail, strong time management and organizational skills required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Sensitivity toward working with seniors and their families; strong interpersonal skills and customer service commitment; self motivated to achieve goals.
* Preference will be given to individuals with senior housing experience and to candidates who possess a dedicated commitment to serving the elderly population.
* College degree preferred.

SALES COUNSELOR

* Maintains and/or improves upon the occupancy level of the community in accordance with the marketing and business plans.
* Utilizes sales processes, systems, and forms for sales to perform job duties, track information, compile data and reports, and achieve desired community occupancy goals.
* Maintain working knowledge of the lead management system and uses to develop reports. Inputs, as directed, sales and marketing activities in a timely manner and according to systems standards.
* May answer phone calls and log leads according to established protocol into the prospecting system.
* Prepares data for weekly and monthly reports. Provides sales performance information to SMD.
* Provides administrative support for the Marketing Department as requested by SMD
* Flexible work schedule to include some weekends.
