Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitor your staff's job performance.
  • Supervision of resident care staff
  • Conducting associate performance evaluations, scheduling, communication and coaching/counseling associates.
  • Monitoring staff in administration of medication.
  • Observing residents' health status, taking actions to address concerns, and reporting all significant changes.
  • Provide direct supervision of resident care staff. Licensing preferred, but not required.
  • Will need to be responsible, flexible and a fair leader.
  • Must be able to cover any shift if need arises, do weekly and monthly reports, schedules etc.
  • Must have Basic nursing knowledge

Required Skills:

  • Must have 1 year experience working with the elderly
  • Basic CPR/First Aid training.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Must have a background in Long-Term Care.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications is required.
  • Must have LVN for California
  • Must be flexible with hours/days

  • Will be a 40 hr/week position from Wed-Sunday including weekends
