  • Consistently and genuinely demonstrate the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all activities and interactions.

  • Washes and sanitizes pots, dishes, utensils, etc. either by mechanical washing or hand washing.

  • Cleans and sanitizes kitchen and food service areas, including sweeping and mopping floors and trash removal.

  • Stocks and rotates food and non-food supplies using proper storing methods and techniques.

  • Maintains and uses proper chemical amounts and temperatures when operating dish machine and using the pot sink.

  • Reports any kitchen equipment repair or maintenance needed to the Dining
  • Services Director and/or Maintenance Director.

  • Participates in and attends all required in-service training and education programs as scheduled.

  • Other duties as assigned.
