Job Description: 

Individual will assist in providing a safe, secure community for our residents and employees. Will also monitor and ensure a quick response in the event of a medical or mechanical emergency. Individual must possess a valid driver's license; have good communication, interpersonal and computer skills. AED, CPR and First Aid Certification are required (Certification training training will be provided if necessary.) Individual must be able to work flexible hours which will include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
