Immediate Opening: Sales Counselor
Job Type: Full Time
Location: The Summit at Lakeway -1917 Lohmans Crossing Rd, Lakeway, TX, 78734

Responsibilities include:

  • Close leads generated through media, direct mail, special events and referral sources.
  • Conduct prompt follow-up of inquires and leads via the phone, as well as in writing. Extensive telephone work is required with this position.
  • Conduct presentations to prospects and family members.
  • Implement senior prospecting activities which are planned and coordinated with the Executive Director, Marketing Director and Regional Sales Director.
  • Assist prospective residents, their family members and/or advisors in the decision-making process by understanding their needs and how we can meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources.

We seek the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience selling or promoting senior residential and health care services preferred.
  • Ability to build effective relationships!
  • Driven, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Computer proficiency ,excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience withcontact management software preferred.
