Responsibilities include:

* Maintaining apartments, and grounds
* On-Call duties

We seek the following qualifications:

* Valid State driver's license
* EPA and HVAC certification preferred
* Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing knowledge
* Experience in painting, basic plumbing, basic repairs in apartments.
