Silverado Senior Living is accepting applications for a part-time Dietary Aide to assist our culinary team as needed with serving, food preparation and washing dishes. As the Dietary Aide, you will be available to work Part-Time; a combination of days, evenings, weekends.
General responsibilities will include:
  • Communicate with residents as well as record and maintain tray cards and dietary labels.
  • Help feed the residents who require assistance.
  • Fill chemical dispensers of dish machine and load machine with dishes.
  • Take food order, presents to kitchen staff and delivers meals and beverages to residents and guests in a proper and timely manner.
  • Assist in bussing and resetting tables.
  • Assist in room services as needed.
  • Complete all side work as assigned.
Candidate of choice should have the following skills and background:
  • At least one year of culinary experience
  • Open flexibility to work varying hours
  • Passion for working with the elderly
  • Must clear a criminal background check, physical and a drug screen.
