Licensed Personal Care Administrator

Rosemont Presbyterian Village, an Independent and  Personal Care community located on the Main Line, is seeking a full-time Personal Care Administrator.

This position is responsible for the successful, ongoing overall operation of an Independent and/or Personal Care Community. Performs a variety of duties to support the facility operations with an emphasis on customer service; coordinating work within departments, reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.

Basic Qualifications Experience: Five years experience as an administrator or at least five years management experience in a long-term facility. Experience in marketing and public relations is preferred.

Education/Training: A Bachelors degree in health care administration or a related field; current licensure as required. Current PHCA required. NHA preferred.

Skill(s): Experience in strategic and/or long-range planning, budget preparation and the ability to interpret financial statements; Strong organizational skills; supervisory, team building or team development skills; capable of excellent communication both in writing and verbally. Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with varied and diverse individuals, including residents, families, staff, churches, and the community.
