Certified Nurses Aides and Home Health Aides Needed for New Castle County

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our continued growth has created several job opportunities for experienced CNAs and Home Health Aides (or Nurse Aide, Student Nurse, Patient Care Technician, Home Health Aide) to fill a variety of visit assignments in the New Castle County area, with a specific need for those willing to work between the hours of 7pm and 12am. As a Bayada Nurses' Home Health Aide, you will follow a Care Plan developed by a RN to provide one-on-one personal care services to sick, disabled, or chronically ill patients in their private homes. We offer flexible scheduling options and a wide variety of cases.

As a Home Health Aide for Bayada Nurses you will be responsible for providing the following services to our clients:

Personal Care and Assistance with ADLs
Client transfers in and out of bed or wheelchair.
Light housekeeping services as necessary.
ROM exercises
Document service provided
Participates in in-service trainings
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Meal Preparation and assist in feeding clients as necessary
Reports and discuss any client changes with Nursing Supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates MUST have:

·A minimum of one-year verifiable experiences as a CNA/Home Health Aide in a hospital, nursing home, community health agency or private-duty home care case.

- A valid HHA training certificate or CNA license. If candidate is a nursing student, they must have completed their first clinical rotation.

·Ability to work independently

·A positive attitude with great communication, both verbal and written

- Evening and/or weekend availability
