* Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

* Must have an active California HCA license

* Degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or related field

* Management background supporting ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget

* Medicare knowledge and experience

* Excellent written and verbal skills

Healthcare Administrator / Associate Executive Director...

...will provide overall management to the day-to-day operations of the Community while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services and hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing. Essential duties and responsibilities include: participating in sales and marketing activities, develop and implement an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals while meeting customer and associate expectations, implement approaches and services to maintain or enhance resident independence and implement programs and changes to enhance resident satisfaction.
