The selected Personalized Living Assistant will provide residents with assistance in running errands, shopping, laundry and other services available under the Personally Yours Program. This position reports to the Personally Yours Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing assistance with bathing, personal laundry, medication reminders, dressing and grooming as needed
* Escorts residents both within the building and outside as needed. Assists with meal preparation and clean up as needed
* May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
* Accompanies residents on shopping trips, medical appointments, and other outings
* Provides emotional/social support to residents when needed
* Respects and encourages the independence and dignity of our residents

We seek the following qualifications:

* High School Diploma or (GED)
* Experience working with elderly and memory impaired
* Must be available weekends
