Job Description:  Directs and supervises all activities related to provision of professional services as it relates to planning, implementing and evaluating the Quality Management, Infection Control, Risk Management for region.
 

Education:

Extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and CHAP regulations pertaining to home health documentation. Good communication skills and human relations skills required.  Prepared by education, training or experience to work with age specific populations including neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients/customers preferred.

 

Experience: At least two years experience in home health care, including competence in home health nursing and clinical skills.

 

Licenses/Certificates:

Registered Nurse with current licensure in the state of practice.  Possess a current CPR card.  Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
