Partners with HR colleagues in compensation, payroll, benefits, HRIS and recruiting to effectively support business initiatives. Leads, coaches and mentors a team of HR professionals. Essential Functions:
Education: A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent work experience; Master's degree and/or SHRM certification preferred. Experience: 10 years of broad-based HR generalist experience. Five years of management experience. Special Skills:
