Due to growth, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Sales Associate with a passion for sales, to join our innovative team of creative sales professionals in Port St. Lucie, FL. We are looking for creative individuals who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and take on new responsibilities as needed.

About the position: The Sales Associate is a quota carrying position focused on driving the sale of rental apartments at Harbor Place at Port St. Lucie, our full-service retirement community in Port St. Lucie, FL. This person will network with community leaders, identify prospects, qualify and close the sale.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years outside, quota-driven sales experience with long sales-cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • 3+ years management experience
  • Exemplary selling skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
