Job Description: 

NSLPN.com is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our sales team in an exciting business development opportunity. A qualified candidate is a self-described sales professional who has demonstrated success in lead generation and securing new accounts. The candidate must be highly motivated to develop incremental business for a well-established and prestigious firm.  Additionally, he or she must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, work ethic and has strong interpersonal skills. This position will work remotely, but willattend weekly conference call team meetings.

Main areas of responsibility: 

  • Build relationships and marketing position by making contact with current customers and potential customersin the target areasidentified of interest to the company.
  • 90% of this position will be outside sales.
  • Work with the Vice President of Sales to develop strategies for new business development.
  • Assist with directing the business development by contributing information, analysis and recommendations for our company'sstrategic planning and direction.
  • Develop proposals and ensure all necessary actions are identified, tracked and, monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and expand personal and professional networks, participate in appropriate professional organizations and societies.
  • Staycurrent with the trends of the Information Technology and identify ways these trends can be used by our company for our customers.
  • Protect the company by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree
  • Desire professional experience in Senior Care, Health or Medical related fields. 5+ years of experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to demonstrate service features, benefits, business solutions and effectively close business.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales experience in a professional environment
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic
  • Dynamic, high energy, outgoing personality with a sense of urgency and commitment
  • Strong written andverbal communication skills as well asfollow-up skills
  • People-person who can effectively communicate via telephone and e-mail communications and successfully overcome objections
  • Demonstrate ability to meet targets, time management, and organizational skills
  • 10-20% travel required

Candidate Characteristics

Candidates in the Central Florida area are preferred. Compensation structure will be based on the candidate's professional experience, but is directly tied to new business production.
