Position Description

At Suncoast Hospice, we have talented licensed Social Workers who provide direct clinical care to the patient/family unit in facility and in-home settings. They also identify patient/family problems and initiate a plan of care in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team. As a Social Worker/Counselor on the Green Team, you will visit patients in their homes in the northern part of Pinellas County. The Green Team covers Tarpon Springs and the North Palm Harbor area.(north of Curlew Rd.). Position Requirements

All Social Workers must have a master's degree in a related field and be FL licensed or a registered intern. Must be willing and able to successfully complete pre-employment computer literacy evaluation and keyboarding skills assessment.
