We are looking for an experienced RN Clinical Manager with home health and hospice experience for Layton, UT. This position will be for home health and hospice visits, and some office work as well.
This is a Full-Time position.

Minimum Requirements:
* Current Utah RN license; BSN/PHN preferred
* Home Health and Hospice experience preferred
* BLS
* Current Utah Drivers License and ability to drive to patients’ homes
