Sales Assistant

As the Sales Assistant, you will be an integral support member of the Sales team in Pleasant Hill, CA.

Minimum Requirements: At least one year experience in a medical office setting / Home Health experience preferred in the area of expertise preferred / Good communication skills / PC literate / MS Office Proficiency / McKesson or Allscripts experience preferred

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

> Verify doctors

> Checking and responding to ECIN

> Verify address, screen patient and family

> Faxing and emailing to accounts the availability

> Ordering DME and follow up

> Vacation and sick coverage for high producing territories – via phone and in person

> Getting orders, POCS, and F2F signed in the field

> Getting referrals staffed when limited availability
