How you will serve our residents and our community:
  • Consistently and genuinely demonstrate the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all activities and interactions.
  • Assist with implementation of physical, social, recreational, intellectual/educational, religious, service/volunteering and special interest requests of the Residents.
  • Transport and/or accompany Residents to and from outside activities and appointments in community vehicle(s).
  • Ensure that associates, residents and families are keenly aware of upcoming activities, programs and events, ensuring that customer’s expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Assist to develop, organize and ensure delivery of the community’s monthly newsletter to residents, families and to the Marketing Department to be sent out to their target list.
  • Participate in and attend all required in-service training sessions as scheduled.
  • Other duties as assigned.
With our residents in mind, the right candidate will have:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in program planning for seniors.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Driving record in good standing and willingness to drive community vehicle(s) to transport residents.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer orientation to older adults.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
