  • Consistently and genuinely demonstrate the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all activities and interactions.

  • Performs duties of a front line supervisor to other Health Center associates including CNA's
  • .
  • Performs professional and restorative nursing services for residents in the Health Center
  • .
  • Keeps timely documentation of written and verbal reports
  • .
  • Ensures that all medications are dispensed and treatments are performed according to orders and that charges are handled appropriately
  • .
  • Makes rounds on a regular basis assessing the health and mental status for each resident during the shift
  • .
  • Assists physicians during rounds
  • .
  • Participates in and attends all in-service training and education programs as scheduled
  • .
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Provides line supervisor task assignments to Certified Nursing Assistants and other Health Center associates.

  • Current and active state appropriate license
  • .
