Join a hospitality-focused senior housing company headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee! Century Park Associates invites a seasoned Executive Director (General Manager) to join our team. We currently have a General Manager opening in West Lauderdale, FL that will focus on independent and assisted living.

The General Manager (ED) will lead Garden Plaza at Inverrary, a full service senior living community providing 151 independent living apartments and 101 assisted living apartments.

Ideal Candidate:
* 5+ years proven management in hospitality-focused senior housing, specifically IL, AL and/or CCRC
* Solid work history a must (3+ years with each employer a must)
* Sales expertise through results-oriented efforts
* Genuine compassion for seniors
* Proven track record of profitability including solid understanding of P& L accounting
* Leadership skills including good judgment and initiative
* Effective people skills
* Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
* Must be willing to learn building operation software (Blue Step HQ)
* BS degree preferred
