Job Description: 
Celebrate caring at Forest Hills Care and Rehabilitation Center, a SunBridge Healthcare affiliate. We’re seeking RNs and LPNs at our 147-bed center, located in Broken Arrow, OK. We're seeking full time 2p-10p and weekend doubles. Our center has specialized Rehab Recovery Suites and dedicated Solana (Alzhiemer's) unit.
Our nurses provide direct care for their patients and residents on an ongoing basis. Job Requirements :
* RN or LPN license in good standing with the state and current CPR certification
* Caring bedside manner
* Desire to learn new skills
* Ability to use an electronic medical record
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude toward the elderly
* Ability to understand regulations, policies and procedures
* Data entry skills, experience with Microsoft programs and Point Click Care a plus
* Long-term care experience preferred
