Job Description:  To provide services to assigned Living Centers (LC) and subsidiaries. Guide in providing quality and cost effective food service and medical nutrition therapy. The District Dietitian is responsible for assessing facility compliance with Federal/State Regulations and company policy through monitoring, developing, and making effective recommendations. Develops action plans and assists LC management in overseeing implementation. Serves as key member of the district team. B.S. Degree in Dietetics or Foods and Nutrition. Continuing education to meet requirements for registration as set forth by the American Dietetic Association (15 hours per year) and to meet state licensure requirements. Experience as a professional dietitian in long-term care with some administrative responsibility. Must maintain active membership and registration in the American Dietetics Association. Must maintain active state license and membership in State Dietetic Association and District Dietetic Association. Licensure by state(s) if applicable.

This job will provide coverage for; LC Norfolk, Clarkson, Grand Island (NE), Valley Takamah, Omaha, Plattsmouth, Ne City, & weekly coverage to Broken Bow
