Job Description:  To lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and Company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents/patients while achieving the facility's business objectives.
Qualifications:
*Must be a Licensed Administrator and currently licensed by the State.
*Bachelor's Degree or appropriate education to meet State licensure requirements and demonstrate requisite knowledge, skills and abilities consistent with the duties and responsibilities of this position.
*Completion of a Beverly EDIT Program and/or prior experience as an Executive Director preferred.
*Must have ability to complete multiple projects with minimal supervision.
*Must be able to travel, including overnight stays.
*Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families and government regulators, and to work cooperatively with other associates at all levels.
*Experience in performance management and effective leadership.
*Must have basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company software.
*Must be articulate and personable as well as be able to relate professionally and positively to residents, incoming visitors and associates at all levels.
*Must maintain regular and punctual attendance.
*Must meet all local health regulations, pass post-offer drug test, and pass post-employment physical exam, if required. This requirement also includes criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.
*Must be capable of performing the essential job functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
