Job Description:  Generate business for AseraCare Home Health by creating new and maintaining existing relationships with physicians and other medical professionals, insurance, financial, senior organizations, appropriate special interest groups, discharge planners, nursing home professionals, and other community-based referral sources.
*Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field preferred
*Minimum three years' experience selling healthcare services with demonstrated results.
*Home health sales experience preferred
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including an ability to work closely with a wide variety of people while effectively using problem-solving skills
*Computer skills at a level necessary to accomplish this job
*Proven skills in working independently; self-motivated and goal-directed
*Knowledge of or a willingness to learn state, federal and other regulatory requirements.
