Job Description:  The Gables at Winchester, a 124 unit retirement community in Winchester, Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced Executive Director.  The Gables is located on 14 wooded acres of beautiful rolling landscape, just minutes from Boston and Cambridge and has recently undergone major renovations which offer expanded programs and amenities to our residents. Our services include restaurant-style dining, stimulating activities, weekly housekeeping, in-room personal response systems, and well-appointed common areas for entertaining. We have set ourself apart from others with its integrated independent and assisted living, variety of spacious apartments with eat-in kitchens, and on-site staff available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
We are looking for a self starter with knowledge of regulations to cover all aspects of operations including marketing, census development, and community relations, implementation of policies and procedures, and budget adherence.
