Job Description: 
Celebrate Caring at Seminole Care and Rehabilitation Center, a SunBridge Healthcare affiliate. We're seeking a Registered Dietitian at our 100-bed center located in Seminole, OK. This position is part time, 20 hours per week.

Primary responsibilities include:

*Completing comprehensive nutrition assessments for all residents and incorporating nutrition interventions into the individualized interdisciplinary plan of care for residents as indicated.
*Insuring that all assessments and care plans meet professional standards of practice, reflect current evidence-based practice, and are in full compliance with all applicable regulatory statutes.
*Participating with the interdisciplinary teams to provide professional guidance for assessing and implementing care strategies and monitoring nutrition and hydration status of residents
Job Requirements :
* Bachelors degree required.
* Active current Registered Dietitian or RD eligible pending successful completion of the
registration examination. Licensed in states where required.
* Demonstrated expertise in clinical nutrition, preferably in geriatric and rehabilitation care
practices in the skilled nursing environment.
* Possess knowledge of all applicable local, state and federal and regulatory statues and
guidelines pertaining to healthcare in the skilled nursing setting.
* Good communication, computer and critical thinking skills and the ability to read, interpret and analyze reports.
