Job Requirements :
* RN or LPN license in good standing with the state and current CPR certification
* Demonstrated experience in direct patient care in a medical, surgical or long-term care
setting with responsibility for providing nursing care to multiple residents.
* Caring bedside manner
* Desire to learn new skills
* Ability to use an electronic medical record
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude toward the elderly
* Ability to understand regulations, policies and procedures
* Data entry skills, experience with Microsoft programs and Point Click Care a plus
