Job Description:  About the Opportunity North Las Vegas Care Center is a 178-bed facility that offers skilled nursing and long term care services along with a 40 bed locked Alzheimer’s unit. The facility sits across the street from the Community College of Southern Nevada Campus. North Las Vegas Care Center is located at 3215 E. Cheyenne Ave. North Las Vegas NV 89030. Performs various direct patient care activities while under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs clinical procedures in accordance with level of training and facility guidelines. Aids physicians and nursing staff members with procedures as needed. Qualifications Requires a high school diploma and certification from an accredited nursing assistant program. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
