Job Description: 

Responsibilities:
The Director will plan, direct, implement and evaluate the operations of all Emergency Department functions and oversee a group of clearly defined personnel. The ideal candidate will Direct and participate in the department’s various activities i.e., planning, budgeting, education and human resources activities. We are looking for someone who will ensure proper compliance with patient care, quality standards, and regulatory governing bodies; as well as initiate programs to improve organizational performance and to enhance provision of the Emergency Services.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters preferred.
State of New Jersey registered nurse license is required.
A minimum of three years relevant management experience preferred.
