Job Description: 

Girling Health Care's Community Care division is currently seeking a Fee For Service Bilingual Registered Nurse.    


Duties :
Conducts on-site client assessments and develops service plans in conjunction with the authorization from DADS/HMO.  Hires, trains and supervises attendants.  Completes visits as scheduled.  Perform CBA visits to include MN LOC forms.  Ensure all paperwork is completed properly and timely. Work with other community agencies to coordinate services to meet client needs. Must be willing to travel.  

 

Laredo, Carrizo Springs, Crystal City, Fredericksburg, New Braunfels, Seguin, Dilley, Cotulla,and Surrounding Areas.

Required Experience

Qualifications :

  • Current RN License (required)
  • Current CPR Certification (required)
  • Adequate means of transportation to facilitate timely visits (required)
  • Previous public health or health nursing experience (preferred)
  • R.U.G. Certification (a plus)
  • Bilingual with Management Exp pref.
