Immediate Opening: Occupational Therapist / OT

Position Summary:
Provides and directs Occupational Therapy services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under physicians orders. Adheres to applicable principles and practices of occupational therapy, Innovative Senior Care policies and procedures and state regulations. Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aides.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

2. Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Occupational Therapist.

3. License to practice occupational therapy within the state
