Century Park Associates invites a seasoned Regional Director of Operations to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing and supporting IL and AL communities in the Eastern US. The position will be based at our corporate office in Chattanooga, TN.

Ideal RDO Qualifications:

* 5+ years proven management in hospitality-focused senior housing (IL and AL preferred)

* Sales expertise through results-oriented efforts

* Genuine compassion for seniors

* Proven track record designing, implementing and managing budgets

* Leadership skills including good judgment and initiative

* Effective people skills

* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

* Multi-site experience required

* BS degree preferred

* Travel will be required 70+%
