Join a hospitality-focused senior housing company headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee! Century Park Associates invites seasoned Executive Directors (General Managers) to join our team. We are growing and need positive, professional executive directors to lead our communities nationwide.

Century Park Associates is a hospitality-based, privately-held provider of senior living with management oversight of our communities. Our sister company, Life Care Centers of America, operates skilled nursing facilities, and we can offer a full continuum of care on many campuses. Ideal Candidate:
 * 5+ years proven management in hospitality-focused senior housing, specifically IL, AL and/or CCRC
* Solid work history a must (3+ years with each employer a must)
* Willing to relocate for position
* Sales expertise through results-oriented efforts
* Genuine compassion for seniors
* Proven track record of profitability including solid understanding of P& L accounting
* Leadership skills including good judgment and initiative
* Effective people skills
* Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
* Must be willing to learn building operation software (Blue Step HQ)
* BS degree preferred
