Job Description:  We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Health Services (Regional Nurse) to oversee the clinical operations in our Indiana and Minnesota (one community) retirement communities (CCRC's and Assisted/Independent Living). The ideal candidate will have Director of Nursing, regional and multi-site experience in the skilled/assisted living nursing environment and must provide clinical leadership and support to our communities. In addition, the candidate must be a compassionate and caring individual with the ability to travel, handle multiple priorities, work flexible hours and motivate staff. Candidate requires a BSN and a current license as a professional Registered Nurse in Indiana and knowledge of federal and state regulations. Multi-site and regional experience is a must.
