Responsibilities:
 * Help resident maintain good personal hygiene
* Plan and prepare nutritional meals
* Assist with certain treatments as ordered by the physician and approved and supervised by the nurse.
* Encourage residents to become as independent as possible according to the nursing care plan.
* Give simple emotional and psychological support to the resident and other members of the household
* Report any changes to the resident's mental or physical condition or in the home to immediate supervisor.

Requirements:
 * High School education preferred
* Training through a vocational school, certified home health agency or hospital with a curriculum consisting of a minimum of 75 hours OR State Nurse's Aide certification or present documentation of their school's curriculum.
* Home Health Certification preferred
* CNA required
