RN- Assistant Nursing Director-Surgical Unit- Acute Care- Farmville, VA Position assesses, plans, maintains, and evaluates the deliveries of patient care; provides for the development and evaluation of nursing unit personnel, maintains the operational aspects of the patient care unit on a 24-hour basis in collaboration with the nurse manager. Must be licensed in VA as an RN; BSN preferred. Minimum three years nursing experience and at least one year of charge nurse surgical experience experience.
